We have been importing and selling incense and associated products in Australia for over ten years and have now made our products available to buyers at wholesale prices, after many requests through our existing online outlets.

Nandita Fragrances-Australia does not offer monthly credit accounts.
Payments can be made by using one of the following methods.

• Direct Bank Deposit-You will be given our banking details when you select Direct Debit as your preferred payment option on your order.
• Mail Orders-Cheque or Money Order can be posted to Nandita Fragrance PO Box 4072 Armidale NSW 2350.

Shipment

Freight is calculated in accordance with current Australia Post parcel rates.
International freight in accordance with current Australia Post Economy Air freight rates.

We can register and insure deliveries within Australia on request. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia, you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss in transit. If you would like us to organise insurance please make a note of it in the special instructions box at the bottom of your order and we will contact you.

Nandita Fragrances will not be responsible for any goods ordered and not received, both within Australia and overseas. We will provide you with the shipping and Customs documentation and request Australia Post investigate any claim made but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods posted but not received within Australia may be subject to a claim for compensation at the discretion of Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Security & Warranty
