• Freight is calculated in accordance with current Australia Post parcel rates
• International freight in accordance with current Australia Post Economy Air freight rates
• We can register and insure deliveries within Australia on request. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia, you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss in transit. If you would like us to organise insurance please make a note of it in the special instructions box at the bottom of your order and we will contact you.
• Nandita Fragrances will not be responsible for any goods ordered and not received, both within Australia and overseas. We will provide you with the shipping and Customs documentation and request Australia Post investigate any claim made but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods posted but not received within Australia may be subject to a claim for compensation at the discretion of Australia Post.
